Sanjay Patel
Sanjay Patel
Founding Partner

A seasoned cross-category innovation specialist, his refreshing approach doesn’t suffer stereotypes and is quite willing to challenge convention. A definite ‘do-er’ (a term he created showcasing people that get on with it in life with a positive approach), his positive energy and enigmatic style encourages ideation, openness and creative thinking

He specialises in being able to identify the correct question to answer, immerse the group laterally in the problem, bringing to life the solution with a business ready focus for rapid adoption and scale.

Within his ‘corporate career’ he added value to Astra Zeneca, PZ Cussons and finally The Coca-Cola Company.  He helped create a $600M transformation to the drinking water category over a 4 year period with a 2-20 year shared value growth strategy.  For Schweppes, he helped discover insights to create a new visual identity to align the innovation strategy for the adult sparkling category.  Used as a broader innovation tool for the company he designed, facilitated and delivered multiple workshops to drive the growth across the business.

As a presenter, he represented The Coca-Cola Company multiple times annually as an ambassador for insight, innovation, creativity and meaningful storytelling.  Continuing his humanistic approach to public speaking, lecturing and chairing, he shows a genuine love to inspire not only the next generation of talent but to help open the eyes of brands, organisations and teams to a new, better and more human way of engaging.

Alongside being one of the founding partners of The Packaging Collective, he is determined to leverage the experience of creating tangible change within teams, brands and organisations underpinned by sustainable growth through his consultancy: me&co.  Bringing innovation and clarity to teams by removing limitations and inspiring people.
